Sack Properties seeks to acquire multifamily properties in high-barrier to entry, infill locations.  As a privately held owner/operator of multifamily assets in California since 1958, Sack Properties has the ability to address a range of opportunities in size and strategy. Sack Properties targets both long-term investments and shorter to medium term value add or opportunistic investments located in major metropolitan areas of Northern and Southern California, Oregon and Washington.
